These costumes were presented at the Arts of Fashion student competition in San Francisco in 2010, where I was a finalist. One can see the initial sketch and also some details of the outfits I considered important. The theme was "Uniquely untrendy", which I interpreted as the clothing mix done by the peasants forced to move to big cities: they are nor folk costumes anymore, but neither city outfits.
